Join us at 1633 Valencia. We are opening a brand new building. This community will have On-Site resident services, Health and Wellness Workshops, Financial Stability Workshops, A supportive services suite, and on-site food pantry. In addition to the unique services offered, the community will also have a community room, planned resident events, free bike storage room, 24th St. BART transit access, and walk-ability to stores, retail, and main transit lines.

The successful Janitor will be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule.

Pay: $22.00 - 24.41/hour (Sunday - Thursday)

• Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
• Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
• Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
• Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.

• Two (2) years experience.
