Janitor - Malosi

We have an immediate need for an organized dependable Janitor/Custodian to join our maintenance staff. Daily duties: clean and maintain lobby, including cleaning windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming hallways and carpets, clean laundry, community, conference rooms and management offices. The successful Janitor will be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule.

Pay: $21-$23/hour

• Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
• Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
• Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
• Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.

• Two (2) years experience.
