Position Overview
The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard‑free environment.
Work Schedule
This is an on‑site position. This position comes with an on‑site staff unit.
Pay
$23.70–$27.00 /hour (DOE)

- Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner and clean up afterward.
- Perform repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
- Clean apartments during turnover process, as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance required through training or experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
- Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
- Take direction from the supervisor.
- Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
- Flexible to change work plans.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.
- Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
