Janitorial / Demolition Technician
– San Francisco, CA 94080

OverviewWe are hiring a reliable Janitorial/Demolition Technician to support daily cleaning, debris removal, and light demolition on commercial and construction sites.
Responsibilities- General janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning
- Light demolition: removing debris, dismantling non‑structural materials
- Safe use of basic hand tools
- Site cleanup, setup, and maintenance
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors on active job sites
- Reliable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday
- $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience
