Collaborate with European commercialization partners to align supply plans across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand markets.
  • Design and implement end‑to‑end supply chain processes including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, materials management, inventory optimization, and distribution logistics. Establish KPIs, governance processes, and analytical models to enable data‑driven decision‑making and risk mitigation.
  • Lead supply/demand scenario planning and capacity analyses to support executive decision‑making on commercialization milestones and long‑term supply strategy.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across CMC, Commercial, Technical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure integrated launch execution and ongoing supply chain performance.

  • Proven track record leading pharmaceutical product launches at a small or virtual biotechnology company, with demonstrated success building supply chain infrastructure and capabilities from scratch, including supply chain strategy, S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, and 3PL/distribution management.
  • Deep understanding of cGMP manufacturing and GDP distribution requirements with experience implementing compliant supply chain processes and systems.
  • Skilled at leading cross‑functional and matrixed teams in fast‑paced environments. Proven ability to influence executive decisions, build consensus, and drive results through collaboration.
  • Experience managing CMOs/CDMOs, 3PL providers, and international commercialization partners, including contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
