Senior Patent Attorney - Electrical Engineering
Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seekign a senior level patent attorney with over 7 years of experience for its Intellectual Property practice in New York and San Francisco. The salary range for this position is between $160k to $270k per year.
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution of U.S. and foreign applications relating to automotive and electric vehicle technologies.
- Familiarity with patent databases and search tools, as well as experience in managing patent portfolios and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is required.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Strong organizational and writing skills.
- USPTO admission is required.
- New York or California bars required.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
