Overview
A well-established organization is seeking an experienced legal operations professional to support a high-impact, short-term initiative within its legal team. This role will focus on updating customer-facing contracts for compliance and building standardized loan and lease templates that will support future technology integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial contracting, enjoys project-based work, and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Update customer-facing contracts for compliance.
- Build standardized loan and lease templates to support future technology integrations.
- Support a high-impact, short-term initiative within the legal team.
- Operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Project starts ASAP, 30-40 hours/week, through April.
- On-site in Itasca, IL, 5 days per week.
- Hourly rate expected between $60 and $70; compensation based on qualifications, experience, client needs, project requirements, and applicable law.
