Corporate Attorney for a small to mid-sized law firm
About the Role :
The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of solid corporate transactional, M&A, and securities law experience for a partnership track position in our client's Corporate Group. The group has an active practice covering a wide variety of corporate transactional and counseling matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private investment funds, advising emerging growth companies, securities law counseling, intellectual property matters, and general corporate and commercial counseling.
Responsibilities- Drafting and negotiating contracts, including acquisition agreements
- Drafting and revising franchise disclosure documents
- Advising clients on private corporate matters, investment funds, securities law, M&A transactions
- Legal research
- Manage client communication
- At least 2 but no more than 5 years of solid corporate transactional, M&A, and securities law experience with a law firm.
- California Bar admission is required.
- A distinguished academic record
- Strong communication and organizational skills are desired.
- Candidates should be located in the San Francisco Bay Area

The anticipated annual base salary wage range the firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $230,000 to $310,000.
