Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a junior associate for its Executive Compensation practice in New York, Seattle, Washington, DC, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Santa Monica offices. This role works on a range of executive compensation matters, including M&A, public company offerings and reporting obligations, and general advising and counseling. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $260k.
Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in "either" executive compensation law, tax law, securities law, or corporate law.
- Candidates must have a demonstrable interest in executive compensation.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; team focused.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
