$85,000 to $100,000 DOE

We are hiring a Paralegal to support Class Action and Wage and Hour litigation for a leading plaintiff side employment law practice. This role is ideal for a detail driven paralegal who thrives in a high volume environment and understands the importance of filing accuracy, jurisdictional rules, and deadline management.

• Prepare and electronically file pleadings in state and federal courts
• Manage filings across multiple jurisdictions, including states where the firm operates
• Ensure compliance with court-specific rules, formats, and deadlines

• Maintain complex litigation calendars
• Proactively flag risks and upcoming deadlines in a high-volume plaintiff-side practice

• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery-related documents
• Assist attorneys with revisions, formatting, and final filings
• Prepare and review Tables of Authorities with accuracy and rule compliance

• Manage discovery requests and responses
• Coordinate closely with attorneys to ensure consistency and completeness

• Conduct legal research using standard research tools
• Pull supporting authorities and assist with issue-specific research

• Experience supporting Class Action and Wage and Hour matters
• Strong state and federal e-filing experience
• Familiarity with jurisdictional filing differences - CA / TX/ NY/ WA/ IL /NJ
• Excellent calendaring and organizational skills
• close attention to detail and understanding of filing risk
• Ability to operate as a reliable extension of the legal team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced plaintiff-side environment
