Multi-Office- Litigation Practice Attorney

Overview

Winston & Strawn LLP is looking for a practice attorney to join its litigation practice. The position is a non-partnership track position. The ideal candidate would have three to five years of litigation experience;
German fluency is preferred. We are looking for attorneys with experience in class actions and complex commercial litigation with excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Candidates should have strong case management and research skills and experience litigating matters, particularly in federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial.

While San Francisco is our preferred location for this position, candidates for our other U.S. offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.

• Experience in class actions and complex commercial litigation with strong academic credentials and organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal skills.
