As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and factual investigations
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses
• Prepare and argue motions in court
• Support and participate in trial preparation and trial proceedings
• Collaborate closely with senior trial lawyers on strategy and case development
• Manage case files from inception through resolution
• Engage directly with clients to provide guidance and updates
• Coordinate experts, witnesses, and evidentiary materials
• Handle depositions, hearings, and negotiations

Required
