3–5 Year Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney – Trial-Focused Role | San Francisco, California
A highly regarded plaintiffs’ trial practice is hiring a Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney in San Francisco. Handle real courtroom work, argue motions, and work alongside nationally recognized trial lawyers on serious injury and catastrophic cases.
Dedicated to providing the highest representation level, this firm specializes in construction accidents, workplace injuries, accidents, dangerous property, defective products, and food safety. The attorneys are nationally recognized trial attorneys who are experts in their field. The firm has been assisting clients since 1975.
A growing, litigation-driven plaintiffs’ practice is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to join its San Francisco office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on responsibility, and the chance to develop into a true trial lawyer rather than remaining in a back-office support role.
Unlike many law firm litigation associate positions that limit junior attorneys to research tasks, this role offers direct motion practice, court appearances, client strategy involvement, and active participation in trials. Attorneys will work on high-impact injury matters involving complex facts, significant damages, and sophisticated defense counsel.

This opportunity is actively interviewing and rarely opens at this experience level.
