- 3-4 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Experience with cloud computing, AI, and other advanced technologies preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science (or equivalent).
- USPTO registration required.
- Knowledge of patent application preparation and office action responses.
- Programming background or understanding of software coding preferred.
