Top tier global law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with litigation and transactional experience for its Northern California/Bay Area offices. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly esteemed legal support team providing top notch litigation and corporate support services to attorneys. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in handling litigation proceedings along with transactional closings. Legal Assistant will prepare pleadings for federal and state court filings, TOCs/TOAs, exhibits, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations;

proofreading; conduct research; schedule depositions; assist with closings and prepare closing binders; make domestic and international travel arrangements, invoicing and expenses, attorney time entry, and other administrative duties as needed. Firm seeks at least 4 to 5 years of experience supporting attorneys at a mid to large-sized law firm and the flexibility to work overtime when needed. Salary range is $90-115k, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills.
