Overview

Seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Defense Attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to handle court appearances, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. This is a hybrid role offering strong mentorship, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

• Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Manage client communication and support case strategy.
• Work both remotely and from the office as needed.

We have an excellent bonus program where attorneys must meet a minimum of 1,860 billable hours per year (155 per month or 465 per quarter) and earn a $120 bonus for each additional client-paid billable hour, with bonuses officially awarded at year-end but pre-paid quarterly if on track.
