Intellectual Property – Junior Trademark Associate

Fenwick & West LLP is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting edge, internationally recognized trademark practice. We are seeking a junior trademark associate with two to four years of experience as a trademark practitioner (with clearance, counseling, and domestic and international prosecution and enforcement experience) for our Silicon Valley or San Francisco offices. Superior analytical skills, academic credentials, and excellent oral, writing and interpersonal skills are a must.

Required qualifications and competencies
:

• Two to four years of experience as a trademark practitioner (clearance, counseling, domestic and international prosecution and enforcement).
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior analytical skills, academic credentials, and excellent oral, writing and interpersonal skills.

Benefits and compensation
:

• Anticipated salary range $225,000 - $310,000; actual base may vary based on qualification, experience, education, certifications, and location.
