Are you an experienced Litigation Attorney looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional with a minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally within Labor & Employment (L&

E) law. However, commercial law, product liability, insurance defense/cover, professional liability, workers compensation, breach of contracts/warranty, torts, or construction law experience will also be favorably received.

The chosen candidate will be a key part of the law firm's Employment defense litigation team. Responsibilities will include drafting motions, court appearances, discovery, trial prep, and various other duties related to the management and oversight of a case. Requirements

Must have 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in Labor & Employment (plaintiff or defense side).

Must be member of the California Bar.
