PositionAssociate, Labor & Employment practice group, San Francisco office.
Responsibilities- Join the Labor & Employment practice in the San Francisco office as a highly qualified Associate.
- Work on employment litigation with a focus on California employment law (about 3 to 4 years of experience).
- Address a broad range of issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity, and non-competition/trade secret matters as appropriate.
- Demonstrate strengths in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations (experience is a plus).
- Maintain excellent academic credentials and develop strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
- Hold active membership, in good standing, of the California Bar.
- Prepare and submit the required materials for the application process (resume, transcript, and writing sample).
- Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation with a focus on California law.
- Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment issues, including discrimination, labor, leave, pay equity, and non-competition matters.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong written and analytical abilities.
- California Bar admission in good standing.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Salary range: $250,000 to $290,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
- Salary may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
