Position:
Trusts & Estates Attorney (4+ Years)

About the Role

This attorney will handle a broad range of trust and estate planning and administration matters, including probate court proceedings and ongoing trust management. The firm is seeking a candidate who wants to build a long-term practice and step into increasing responsibility as the practice evolves.

Responsibilities

• Draft and administer wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
• Handle probate court matters from filing through resolution
• Advise clients on trust setup, funding, and ongoing management
• Work directly with clients on estate planning strategies
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries
• Assist with estate and trust administration matters
• Support long-term continuity and succession within the practice

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Trusts & Estates experience
• Licensed in CA (required)
• Demonstrated experience with probate court proceedings
• Experience with trust formation, funding, and administration
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Interest in long-term growth within an established firm
