Bay Area venture fund looking for an EC/VC associate 5–10 years out of law school. Looking to hire someone straight from a law firm. Compensation will be competitive with Cravath scale. Significant investor‑side experience preferred.
Why this role?Long‑term, you’re going to be making partner money. This is the job you go to law school for if you practice at a top startup law firm and not a Wall Street firm.

- Must come straight from a law firm
- EC/VC experience
- High bar candidate (someone who could have made partner at their firm)
