Commercial Attorney; Data Center Colocation

The Position

A fast-growing AI infrastructure company is seeking an experienced contract attorney to lead negotiations of complex data center colocation agreements. This role will own high-value, technically sophisticated supplier agreements, working cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and business teams to drive deals forward efficiently and consistently. The ideal attorney brings prior hyperscaler or large-scale data center experience, strong judgment, and the ability to confidently quarterback negotiations while reducing reliance on outside counsel.

ASAP start, 40 hours/week, with an estimated duration of 6 months. The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates near the South Bay area.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $120 and $125. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
