Job Summary
Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Labor & Employment practice group in our San Francisco office.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3‑4 years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on California employment law.
- Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti‑discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and/or non‑competition and trade secret matters.
- Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials and highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
- Must be a member in good standing of the California Bar.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000, with additional discretionary bonus potential.
