$55.00/hr - $58.00/hr

Position Overview

This Temp‑to‑Hire opportunity is ideal for a Litigation Paralegal or Litigation Assistant who can step in immediately to support an active legal team during a critical period of need. The role offers meaningful hands‑on litigation and trial support in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Successful performance may lead to long‑term employment with the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage electronic and physical filings in state and federal courts
  • Draft, format, and finalize litigation documents, including shells, tables of contents, and tables of authorities
  • Support trial preparation efforts, including exhibits, binders, and logistics
  • Provide high‑level document formatting and quality control
  • Assist attorneys with daily litigation and case support needs
  • Manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
  • Experience with TOC/TOAs, state/federal e‑filing, trial prep
  • Proficiency in court filing procedures (e‑filing), document formatting, and trial software.
  • Proven experience assisting through the trial phase of litigation.
  • Must be able to start immediately and work 100% onsite in our San Francisco office.
  • Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

This Temp‑to‑Hire role offers an hourly pay range of $55–$58 per hour, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates. Compensation is based on experience and skill set, with consistent full‑time hours. Upon conversion, the position may offer additional benefits and long‑term growth opportunities as part of the organization’s legal support team.
