Job DescriptionCrowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Labor & Employment practice group in our San Francisco office.
We are seeking candidates with approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation
, with focus on California employment law.
Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues—including state and federal anti‑discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and/or non‑competition and trade secret matters—is preferred. Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations is a plus.
All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member, in good standing, of the California Bar.

Our firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all‑purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
