Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Life Sciences
Our client is an U.S. law 100 firm, seeking a mid‑level patent litigation associate for its IP Life Sciences practice in New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, and Charlotte. The salary for this position starts at $260k+.
Qualifications- 3-4 years of life‑sciences patent litigation experience focused on pharmaceutical and biopharma clients.
- Background in biological or chemical science required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with patent office/PTAB proceedings; global/European patent exposure a plus.
- Federal clerkship experience preferred [not required].
- Large law firm experience is preferred.
- Biopharma industry or regulatory experience is preferred.
- Strong academic background required.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
