Our client is seeking an Employment Law Associate Attorney with five or more years of experience to join a growing employment practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on sophisticated employment law matters for a diverse client base.
Responsibilities- Advising employers on day‑to‑day employment matters.
- Handling workplace investigations.
- Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and policies.
- Managing employment‑related litigation matters.
- Experience with wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims is preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience as an employment law attorney.
- Admitted to the applicable state bar.
- Strong writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
