About the Role

Allen, Glaessner, Hazelwood & Werth LLP, a boutique law firm with a thriving employment practice, seeks an attorney with a strong litigation background. This is a full‑time position that offers an excellent opportunity to transition from a large firm to a smaller firm. Successful candidates will receive excellent mentoring, gain trial experience, and have the opportunity to become a partner, if desired.

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prosecuting or defending employment lawsuits, including taking and defending depositions.

• Drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

• Representing clients at mediations and settlement conferences.

Requirements

• At least five years of progressively responsible experience prosecuting or defending employment lawsuits.

• Experience handling depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
