Life Science Licensing Associate Attorney
Our client is a major international firm, seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience for its Corporate Life Science practice in New York, San Diego, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley. The salary for this position starts at $260k+.
Qualifications- 3+ years of life sciences licensing experience.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiating skills.
- Degree in Biology or Chemistry [or related]
-or- experience in the biopharmaceutical industry will be relevant. - Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; team focused.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must authorized to work in the U.S.
