Mission Driven Law Firm Looking for Litigation Secretary
Salary: $90,000.00/yr – $/yr.

- Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Prepare for trials, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.
- Draft, format, and finalize court documents for California state and federal courts.
- E‑file documents in state and federal courts.
- Research court rules and filing requirements.
- Create Tables of Authorities (TOAs) and Tables of Contents (TOCs).
- Prepare and serve subpoenas.
- Track deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation secretary experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and record keeping skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of California and federal court rules.
- Proficiency in e‑filing and document preparation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Moderate experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., iManage) and eDiscovery platforms.
- Experience with legal calendaring systems (e.g., , Compulaw) preferred.
- Appellate filing experience is a plus.
