Clapp Moroney Vucinich Beeman and Scheley is a Civil Defense litigation firm with offices located in Pleasanton and San Mateo, California. They have practiced defense litigation successfully for 44 years. The offices are centrally located to all courts on the Peninsula, San Jose, and South to Gilroy and Monterey. The Pleasanton Office is centrally located to all courts in the East Bay and Central Valley.

This role is a hybrid position based in San Mateo. Our Attorneys are Aboda certified and have received awards such as Super Lawyers each year.

We are seeking attorneys with experience in the following:

• Depositions
• Court Appearances
• Motion Practice in Trial work
• Excellent writing Skills
• Experience working in insurance defense
• Must be active member in good standing with the state bar
