We are seeking a full-time, remote Account Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing law firm clients
• Generate new business with prospective law firms
• Promote Rapid Legal’s litigation support service solutions

The position requires phone, email, and in-person client interactions, including at least one field visit per week. You will also represent the company at local trade association events monthly.

• Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the legal industry and client needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Lightning
• Experience in the legal industry (preferred)
