Title: MDM Architect - Strategy & Integration

Job Type: Contract (Part-Time: 10 - 20 hrs/week)

Pay Range: $100-120/hr

Location: Remote (Must be highly responsive during designated US PT hours)

Our client, a leader in the Fin Tech industry, is looking for a skilled MDM Architect - Strategy & Integration to join their team for a fractional (~10-20 hours/week) engagement. This project involves rapidly evolving the technology stack to support a multi-platform environment (Salesforce, Net Suite, ION Carbon Zero) and designing the "golden source of truth" for core data entities like counter parties, products, and contacts.

This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

• Architectural Oversight:
  Reviewing and validating the MDM strategy to ensure correct cross-system alignment between Salesforce, Net Suite, Intel Agree, and Carbon Zero.
• Data Governance Design:
  Defining policies for data ownership, lineage, and access controls to maintain data integrity across the ecosystem.
• Integration Strategy:
  Designing resilient integration patterns for Middleware (Azure Logic Apps/Functions) to handle master data synchronization without redundancy.
• Entity Mapping:
  Leading the mapping of complex counter party and product data entities to ensure seamless "straight-through processing" (STP).
• Technical Discovery:
  Partnering with US-based technical leads to identify technical debt and architectural risks in current data flows.

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture or MDM Strategy.
• Deep expertise in Net Suite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) data structures and integration patterns. This isn’t a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals in a fractional, strategic capacity.
• Proven experience designing data governance frameworks for financial or commodity trading environments.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1+), capable of leading strategic discussions with US-based executive leadership and technical leads.
