• As a Product Data Analyst, drive actionable insights for our Product & Engineering organization, influencing decision-making across the org.
• Understand customers and draw insights and hidden patterns from data, and experiment with AI to explore data.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams, ensuring data insights are integrated into product offerings.
• Tell the story of the data with little direction or supervision, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Contribute to a highly visible role with outsized impact within Product Strategy and Analytics as part of the broader Product & Engineering team. This role reports to eero’s Head of Product Strategy and Analytics.

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of at least one data-focused technology tool, such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon Quick Sight, or similar
• Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams
• Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
• Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and developing actionable data-driven business recommendations
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and collaborating with people at all levels
• Experience with developing machine learning and natural language processing products
• An innovator who seeks to develop a deep understanding of metrics, reporting tools, and data structures to identify and drive issue resolution, provide actionable intelligence, and propose new metrics or dashboards

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package includes sign-on payments and RSUs. Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
