Overview
Relay Product Excellence's mission is to monitor Transaction Integrity for products supporting Identity Verification, Account Support, and Compliance across Carrier and Driver processes. As the Support Engineer on our Automation Team, you will work on automating verifications of carrier, driver, and fleet identity/compliance for Relay Market Carriers. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of risk management, regulatory compliance, and automation—supplementing product teams where automation is yet to be launched or cannot be developed.

- Deliver Agentic AI and Automation solutions for a 200+ member team, conducting more than 2MM investigations a year

Key job responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of Agentic workflows, including design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Possess strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic systems and concepts, with the ability to integrate these technologies into daily workflows. You will be expected to leverage this knowledge to enhance workflow designs and improve investigator productivity through AI-driven solutions.
- Develop deep expertise as a subject matter expert in specific focus areas, serving as the technical point of contact for your team.
Relay Product Excellence's (RPE) mission is to monitor Transaction Integrity for products supporting (a) Identity Verification, (b) Account Support, and (c) Compliance. We do this at a larger scale for Carrier and Driver processes by collaborating with product teams like Carrier Identity and Continuous Compliance (CICC), Relay Safety and Trust (RST), and Relay Mobile. We supplement these products to help create programs where automation is yet to be launched, or cannot be developed.
