This is not a traditional IT Operations role. We are looking for a visionary builder to lead our Scalable Company Operations pillar and define how technology accelerates our business strategy. In this high-visibility role, you will transition IT from a utility provider to a strategic partner. You will act as the bridge between our technical capability and our business goals, owning two critical internal startups: the launch of our cross-domain Data Analytics Platform and the organizational enablement of Generative AI.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our Scalable Company Operations pillar and define how technology accelerates business strategy.
  • Transition IT from a utility provider to a strategic partner; bridge between technical capability and business goals.
  • Own two internal startups: the launch of the cross-domain Data Analytics Platform and the organizational enablement of Generative AI.
  • Drive Customer-Centric Scalability and Technical Diagnosis by reorienting technology operations around the internal customer experience (CX) and delivering scalable, secure-by-default solutions.
  • Lead organizational change management for AI initiatives; build AI Learning Communities and governance structures.
  • Turn data projects into high-impact products using consultative diplomacy to accelerate end-customer experience.
  • Operate as a product-minded leader: treat internal platforms as products, align stakeholders, and execute in a complex environment.
Essential Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in IT/Business Technology management.
  • 3+ years managing and leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Proven track record transitioning IT from reactive support to a strategic, IT-as-a-Product partnership model.
  • Direct experience architecting, delivering, and achieving adoption for enterprise-wide platforms (e.g., Data Analytics, GenAI, or large-scale automation).
  • Expertise in defining and managing technology services with a "Zero-to-One" mindset and operational grit.
  • Customer-Centric Scalability & Technical Diagnosis: ability to reorient technology operations around internal customers and convert recurring issues into scalable solutions; the technical acumen to diagnose bottlenecks and accelerate business velocity.
  • Analytical Pattern Matching & Value Metrics: ability to analyze operational data to diagnose root causes and identify high-value opportunities; skilled in defining and tracking business outcome metrics.
