Managing supply & demand volatility is critical to delivering a reliable and predictable delivery experience for Uber.
As a Senior Product Manager for Marketplace
, you will own the strategy and systems that dynamically adjust consumer-facing information to effectively manage demand during peak conditions. Your work will focus on building effective ways to reduce overload, preserve fulfillment quality, and align customer expectations.
, focused on maintaining marketplace stability and service quality during periods of elevated demand.
, balancing impact, complexity, and long-term marketplace health.
, demonstrating strong ownership of key marketplace and customer experience metrics.
, with ownership of complex consumer-facing and/or marketplace products
, partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams.
, with demonstrated ability to translate user needs and behavioral insights into scalable solutions.
, with a track record of learning quickly and driving impact amid ambiguity.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles:
The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.
