SAP Fleet Service Management Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Fleet Service Management Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP Fleet Service Management (FSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP FSM along with hands-on exposure to SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) integrations to ensure seamless end-to-end service and asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support implementation and configuration of SAP Fleet Service Management solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Ensure integration between SAP FSM and SAP EAM modules (approximately 20% of role responsibility).
Support end-to-end fleet service, maintenance, and asset management processes.
Configure and support SAP FSM mobile applications and workforce management functionalities.
Work closely with developers and integration teams to ensure smooth system functionality.
Provide functional guidance, testing support, and user training where required.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during implementation and post-go-live phases.

Strong functional experience in SAP Fleet Service Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP EAM integration.
Good understanding of maintenance, asset management, and fleet service business processes.
Knowledge of SAP FSM mobile applications and workforce management.
Ability to effectively interact with business users, technical teams, and integration partners.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience or working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
