DAM Platform & Governance Manager

Visa's Global Marketing team is seeking a DAM Platform & Governance Manager to own and operate our new enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role ensures our global brand assets are governed, discoverable, compliant, and easily activated across teams and regions.

• Hybrid in San Francisco
• Rate Range - $50-55/hr on W2 (NO C2C)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary admin and SME for the DAM platform.
• Configure metadata, taxonomy, permissions, integrations, and workflows.
• Integrate DAM with AdTech, Mar Tech, CMS, and analytics systems.
• Manage platform performance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and AI readiness.
• Enforce asset governance, rights management, and lifecycle workflows.
• Maintain brand hubs with guidelines, toolkits, templates, and approved assets.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, IT, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Regional teams.
• Lead access controls, audits, risk remediation, and compliance documentation.
• Drive user enablement through training, playbooks, and ongoing adoption programs.
• Monitor DAM KPIs (usage, reuse, compliance) and continuously improve structure and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Marketing Technology, Data Management, or related field.
• Experience managing an enterprise DAM platform (global preferred).
• Strong knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, rights management, and asset governance.
• Experience with brand hubs, brand guidelines, or design systems.
• SaaS configuration skills and comfort partnering across Legal, IT, Security, Privacy, Brand, Creative, and Data teams.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Preferred:

• Experience in global brand environments, agency/creative workflows, and campaign operations.
• DAM integrations with CMS, PIM, MRM, or creative tools.
• Background in brand ops, creative ops, or marketing ops.
