Lucid Link is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to turn real customer outcomes into credible stories and proof that help prospects buy with confidence and help existing customers succeed with Lucid Link.
This role owns the end‑to‑end customer storytelling pipeline, capturing how customers implement and use Lucid Link and turning those workflows into case studies, video stories, and sales‑ready proof assets that support lifecycle programs and revenue motions.
You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing and the Account Management team to map and support the customer journey from closed‑won through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Lifecycle Marketing owns lifecycle strategy and programs, while Customer Marketing translates customer outcomes into stories, proof, and educational assets that reinforce those programs.
You will also collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Product teams to ensure customer outcomes appear consistently across campaigns, sales conversations, and customer education.
The role requires both strong storytelling instincts and technical curiosity — the ability to understand real customer workflows and translate them into narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and technical evaluators.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end customer storytelling pipeline, capturing how customers implement and use Lucid Link and turning real customer workflows and technical use cases into case studies, video stories, quotes, and web narratives.
- Translate customer outcomes into sales‑ready proof assets (slides, proof packs, reference briefs) and build a searchable system of record that enables revenue teams to quickly find and use the right customer proof in deals.
