Role Overview
The Clinical Data Strategist analyzes clinical datasets, quality metrics, care-pathway insights, and operational trends. This role focuses on identifying drivers behind healthcare outcomes and structuring complex clinical information into actionable summaries.
What You’ll Do- Review multi-source clinical datasets and validate data quality
- Identify trends, outliers, and key drivers behind clinical outcomes
- Summarize care-pathway behavior and operational implications
- Interpret quality metrics, performance benchmarks, and compliance indicators
Provide structured summaries for use in downstream analytical workflows - Support recurring evaluations of clinical data pipelines and reporting outputs
- Experience in healthcare analytics, data science, or clinical operations
- Understanding of clinical workflows and outcome measures
- Strong ability to synthesize complex clinical information
- Familiarity with risk-adjustment, claims data, or population-health analytics
