- Lead the transformation of onboarding systems to enhance customer experience
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Develop and articulate metrics, requirements, goals, and features for product development
- Foster strong collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders across the company
- 10+ years of experience in software product delivery, with at least 5+ years in a relevant role
- Domain expertise in KYC/KYB/Identity is a strong plus
- Proven experience in navigating and thriving in a highly regulated environment
- Ability to empathize with customers and translate insights into product direction
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and ensure accountability
- Experience working in a SaaS or fintech company
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact user experiences
- Familiarity with data and research methodologies to inform product decisions
- Ability to prioritize and execute complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies
