The OpportunityWe are seeking a Principal, GTM Strategy to lead federal web initiatives for Adobe's Creator offerings, including cross-app journeys, user activation and onboarding, merchandising, and keyword routing, to ensure Creators are guided to the right Adobe product, workflow, and value as quickly as possible.
You will partner with PMM, marketing, product, and analytics leaders to develop and implement a cross-app growth roadmap. You will drive cross-functional alignment across apps and offerings and deliver measurable business impact across the Creator web portfolio.
What You'll Do- Partner with product, marketing, and analytics teams to understand cross-app user journeys and articulate clear narratives across Creator offerings.
- Identify gaps and friction points from activation and onboarding through repeat use and retention, grounded in user insights and experience data.
- Develop, prioritize, and champion high-impact integration and optimization initiatives that deliver higher value to users.
- Drive alignment and execution of cross-app growth initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and outcomes.
- Establish decision frameworks for keyword routing when multiple products can serve the same user intent.
- Identify cross-app merchandising opportunities for existing and new offerings that align to user needs and value propositions.
- Share insights, wins, and failures to build a culture of learning and iteration across the team.
- Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization, ensuring growth strategies deliver real, sustained value for users.
- 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product-led growth, product strategy, or growth marketing roles.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, identify patterns, and translate insights into decisions and actions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
- Experience working across multiple products/portfolios to define and build cohesive cross-product user experiences.
- Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally with Gen AI or other emerging technologies.
- A strong bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for building category-defining user experiences.
Compensation reflects cost of labor across U.S. markets. The range for this position is $145,400 – $261,150 annually, with variations by location and factors such as experience and knowledge. Recruiter can share location-specific details during hiring. In California, the pay range is $180,300 – $261,150.
At Adobe, sales roles typically express salaries as total target compensation (TTC) with commissions; non-sales roles may be expressed as base salary with incentives. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
