• One Stream has already been architected and is approaching go-live
• This role will own the platform end-to-end post–go-live
• You will act as the technical authority for One Stream, not just an administrator
• You’ll work closely with senior Finance leadership and IT partners
• You’ll manage and guide external consultants while remaining hands-on yourself

This is not a people-management-heavy role. It is a senior individual contributor role with platform ownership, designed for someone who wants to stay close to the technology while operating at a senior level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full One Stream platform across planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics
• Architect, design, develop, and maintain One Stream solutions end-to-end
• Write and maintain complex One Stream business rules ( / XFBRs)
• Build workflows, cube views, dashboards, transformation rules, and integrations
• Partner closely with Finance to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Lead and review work delivered by external One Stream developers and consultants
• Support UAT, resolve issues, and drive deployments from UAT to production
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability post–go-live
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
• Share best practices and provide enablement to Finance users

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Deep, hands-on One Stream experience (not just functional exposure)
• Proven ability to code and configure One Stream independently
• Strong experience writing One Stream business rules
• Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes
• Experience supporting One Stream through or after go-live
• Comfortable acting as the technical authority in front of senior stakeholders

Technical Skills

• (One Stream business rules)
• Experience with APIs, automation, and integrations
• Prior exposure to Oracle, Hyperion, TM1, or Essbase is a plus

Profile Fit

• Comfortable challenging vendors and reviewing their work
• Strong communicator with Finance and IT leaders
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
