UI​/UX Designer

Duration: six-month assignment with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Work a hybrid schedule with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday

Looking for experienced Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our internal digital platforms team. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to design intuitive, seamless user experiences that support internal workflows.

. This is a highly collaborative role with ownership over research, prototyping, testing, and iteration.

• Conduct user research and convert findings into actionable design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver usable solutions
• Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
• Contribute to and maintain design system consistency across products
• Stay current with UX best practices and accessibility standards
• Support additional UX/UI tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma
  , or similar tools
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design and usability principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus

• Familiarity with Prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, etc.)
• Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies
