I am working with a Global Fortune 500 Company which is looking to hire an Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist in either their NYC or San Francisco locations (3-days a week on-site).

EPCM experience is the most important requirement for this position.
They are seeking an Application Developer with expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud to help strengthen and enhance our planning and cost allocation platforms. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and evolving Oracle EPBCS and Oracle PCMCS environments to support both strategic forecasting and detailed cost modelling across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities Business & Technical Partnership- Serve as a technical liaison for Finance stakeholders, translating functional requirements into structured technical solutions.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and produce clear development specifications.
- Design, build, and optimize business rules, calculation scripts, web forms, and allocation models within Oracle EPBCS and PCMCS.
- Enhance budgeting workflows and cost transparency through scalable system configuration.
- Collaborate with enterprise data and engineering teams to ensure EPM solutions integrate seamlessly with core financial systems and data platforms.
- Maintain alignment with enterprise data governance and architecture standards.
Support ongoing administration and performance tuning of EPM applications.
Promote usability and consistency while maintaining calculation integrity and system reliability.
- Monitor and manage integrations between Oracle Cloud EPM, enterprise data warehouses, and upstream source systems using Data Management and EPM Automate tools.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data flows.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts with business users.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support scalability, audit readiness, and long-term sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or advanced degree valued).
- 4+ years of experience working within Oracle EPM Cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with both Oracle EPBCS and Oracle PCMCS.
- Demonstrated ability to configure planning modules and allocation engines within Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Participation in at least one end-to-end EPM implementation or transformation initiative.
- Experience developing business rules and familiarity with Groovy scripting.
- Working knowledge of EPM Automate, SQL, and ASO/BSO cube management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities across complex calculation frameworks.
- Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams in a global delivery model.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation methodologies.
