Pay Rate: $70‑$74 per hour
Top Requirements- 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent via work, consulting, military, training, or education.
- Ability to review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges.
- Experience supporting Scrum/Agile ceremonies, planning, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and how they apply to Agile delivery.
- Ability to collaborate with client personnel and work within structured Scrum/Agile environments.
- Experience delivering within large‑scale planning efforts or multi‑team Agile environments.
- Background in financial services, regulated industries, or enterprise‑level organizations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate moderately complex issues across teams.
In this contingent assignment, the Scrum Master 3 will support and contribute to moderately complex Scrum or Agile initiatives, ensuring team deliverables and alignment to organizational processes. The role includes evaluating and solving Scrum-related challenges, supporting large‑scale Agile planning activities, and ensuring work aligns with established policies, procedures, and compliance standards. The position requires strong collaboration with client personnel and effective facilitation of Scrum events and deliverables.
Day‑to‑DayResponsibilities
- Consult on and participate in moderately complex Scrum or Agile initiatives.
- Support Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze complex Scrum Master challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Help resolve issues within Agile teams while following compliance and organizational standards.
- Contribute to large‑scale planning and coordination across teams.
- Collaborate with client personnel to support delivery expectations.
- Maintain documentation, track progress, and ensure alignment to Agile best practices.
