We are hiring a Product Marketing Lead to change people’s perspective of what compliance should feel like in the AI era. This individual will work on making Delve instantly understandable, compelling, and sticky for both new and existing customers. The role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and design.

• Partner closely with product and engineering to turn roadmap and features into clear marketing narratives.
• Own ongoing product communications, including:
  • Monthly newsletters
  • Changelogs and release notes
  • Product documentation and enablement
  • Slack broadcasts and in‑platform messaging
• Build educational compliance content.
• Coordinate product launches on social media.
• Ensure Delve’s product story is consistent, polished, and easy to understand everywhere it appears.

• Strong emotional intelligence and user empathy.
• Extremely detail‑oriented and well organized.
• Strong taste and an eye for good design and copy.
• Ability to collaborate deeply with product and engineering teams.
• Bias to action.
