Strategic Partner Operations Manager
Location:
Fully Remote -- GMT or EST time zone (US)
Duration: 12-month contract (expected extension/conversion)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week (Mon Fri)
Start Date: March/April

Job Overview:

The Monetization Partnerships team is hiring a Strategic Partner Operations Manager to support Business Messaging partners.

This role combines partner management, operations, and analytics . Youll help onboard and support partners, manage incentives and programs, analyze performance data, and improve operational processes. Youll also work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure partners have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day execution ofpartner programs (onboarding, incentives, payouts, Salesforce opportunity tracking)
  • Own partner support tickets and escalations; ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate partner communications (updates, surveys, announcements, pilots)
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Serve as the main operational contact for partners
  • Analyze data to identify trends, guide strategy, and drive Business Messaging growth
  • Create reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Improve and streamline operational processes
  • Support incentive design and investment strategy with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in operations, consulting, partnerships, account management, customer success, or pre-sales
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience
  • Experience turning data into insights and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple complex work streams with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with imperfect data and solving ambiguous problems
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Program teams
Must-Have Skills:
  • Self-starter; fast-learner; strong-willed and independent to work with minimal or no supervision.
  • CRM tools knowledge:
    Salesforce, MS Office environment
  • Tech-savvy, strong communication skills, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly preferred)
    • Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise SaaS businesses.
    • Cloud Infrastructure knowledge, example: VM load balancing, core optimization, database management.
    • A preferred knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS a plus.
