Our client is seeking a strategic and strong leader for the role of Staff Technical Program Manager with proven experience driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a cloud/SaaS environment. The ideal candidate has deep understanding of BT infrastructure, security, business applications, and data landscapes, and thrives in agile, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large cross-functional programs serving multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Drive initiatives requiring strong critical thinking and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Define, build, and track key program deliverables and artifacts.
  • Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive-level (Steer Co) discussions, team alignment sessions, and technical design meetings.
  • Right-size communication cadence and collaboration models across teams.
  • Advocate and implement process improvements in SaaS and Agile environments.
  • Apply a data-driven approach using KPIs and metrics to measure program success and drive accountability.
  • Work hands‑on with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies, adapting based on project scope and team needs.
  • Maintain exposure and working knowledge of enterprise business applications (functional awareness required, deep expertise not mandatory).
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 7–8 years of project/program management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery models.
  • Deep familiarity with BT infrastructure, security, business systems, and enterprise data environments.
  • Ability to dive into technical details and facilitate resolution of complex challenges.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously, remove ambiguity, and manage interdependencies across multiple teams.
  • Strong influencing skills, able to drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience leading Project Steering Committee discussions.
  • Hands‑on experience with project and collaboration tools such as:
    Jira, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Lucidchart and Confluence
  • Exposure to enterprise applications such as:
    Net Suite, Coupa, Workday, Anaplan, Boomi, Conga and Kyriba
  • Demonstrated ability to foster cultural programs promoting collaboration and empowerment.
  • Creative problem‑solving mindset with a track record of innovative solutions.
  • Experience thriving in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 4 years of technical hands‑on experience.
