PE-Backed Institutional Crypto Intelligence Platform San Francisco (willing to relocate or US citizen required)

A newly established, PE-backed blockchain intelligence platform (with further US VC funding underway) is looking for a Founding GTM Lead / Co-Founder to build and lead the US go-to-market function from the ground up.

This is not an exchange, broker, or trading platform. It is a high-end institutional research subscription service that combines expert interviews with AI-powered insight extraction, serving hedge funds, family offices, and crypto protocol teams

You will:

• Own and execute the US go-to-market strategy
• Drive institutional sales and revenue growth
• Build strategic partnerships across the crypto ecosystem
• Lead and scale the early commercial team (starting with 2 team members)
• Work directly with founders and investors to shape long-term strategy

You will operate at both strategic and execution levels — building, selling, hiring, and scaling.

We are looking for a high-growth, commercially sharp operator with founder-level ambition.

Strong preference for:

• Strategy consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Big 4 or similar)
• Experience in a high-growth startup wearing multiple hats
• Current Chief of Staff or commercial leader ready for a founding step
• Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, or frontier technology
• Comfortable engaging CIOs, Managing Partners, Portfolio Managers, and senior institutional stakeholders
